Christmas, New Year’s publishing schedules for Platts Americas Metals

S&P Global Commodity Insights offices in the US, Mexico and Brazil will be closed on Dec. 25, 2024, and Jan. 1, 2025, in observance of the Christmas and New Year's Day holidays.

There will be no Platts Americas metals assessments or global metals publications published on those days. Additionally, Platts Market on Close assessment process in the Americas will be basis 12:30 pm US Eastern Time on Dec. 24.

US aluminum alloys/scrap and NY tin will be assessed once for the week on December 23. US zinc assessments will be published on December 24. On Dec. 26, there will be no US aluminum transaction premium published, as the London Metal Exchange will be closed for the UK Boxing Day holiday.

Normal Americas publishing schedules will resume on Dec. 26, 2024, and Jan. 2, 2025, respectively.
