Platts proposes to launch Platts Global Transportation Fuels Index Jan 2

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, proposes to launch the Platts Global Transportation Fuels Index, effective Jan. 2, 2024.

The index would represent a global index of some of Platts' key transportation fuels assessments across road, air, sea and rail.

This would be a weighted average daily index for the value of the following Platts price assessments:

The daily index value would be expressed in $/mt.
