As a follow-up to our earlier notice around technical difficulties with multiple Platts applications including: Platts Market Center (PMC) site, Platts Excel Add-In (PEA), API feeds, and Gas Daily Preliminary Price Report (GDPPR) microsite, we would like to inform you that we have identified that the issue is related to a server problem. Technicians are in the process of addressing, however, the resolution time remains unknown. We will provide a final update when service has been fully restored.
