Socar Trading UK Ltd has advised Platts it would like to participate in the Platts EMEA Market on Close assessment process for northwest European Urals crude oil.

Platts has reviewed Socar Trading UK Ltd and will consider information from Socar Trading UK Ltd in EMEA assessment process for Urals crude oil in NWE subject at all times to adherence with Platts editorial standards.
