Statoil ASA has advised Platts that it intends to take part in the European Platts Market on Close assessment process for high sulfur fuel oil NWE physical, low sulfur fuel oil NWE physical and feedstock physical. All expressions of interest to trade will be published as Statoil ASA. Platts welcomes all feedback.
