Christmas, New Year publishing schedule for Platts Asia, EMEA thermal coal

S&P Global Platts Singapore and London offices will be closed on Dec. 25, 2020 and Jan. 1, 2021, and there will be no thermal coal assessments from Singapore and London on those days.

Please also note that Platts Coal Trader International will not publish on Monday, Dec. 28, to observe the Boxing Day holiday.

Additionally, Platts will close its assessment processes early across Europe and Asia on Dec. 24 and Dec. 31, ahead of the holidays. All London-based assessments and Market on Close processes will be basis 12 pm (midday) London time, and the Asia assessment and Market on Close processes will be basis 12:30 pm Singapore time (0430 GMT) on those two days.

The weekly Russia Pacific thermal coal price assessments usually published on Fridays will be brought forward by a day to Dec 24.

Normal Singapore publishing schedules will resume on Monday, Dec. 28 and Jan. 4, 2021.

The Singapore assessments from December 28 will be published on the Tuesday, December 29 issue of Coal Trader International.
