Following a period of industry engagement, and in response to a Transnefteprodukt announcement of the completion of the spec change in its diesel export pipeline from 0.2% sulfur content to 0.1% sulfur content, effective December 15, 2010, Platts will change the Russian diesel 0.2 FCA Moscow and FCA Ufa assessments to the Russian 0.1.
