Platts to assess Dutch power prices for month-ahead base and peak

Following industry consultation, S&P Global Platts has decided to reactivate its assessments of Dutch month-ahead Base and Peak power prices, effective January 4, 2021.

From launch, the assessments will be used for the power component for its full suite of Netherlands hydrogen prices.

Platts discontinued all of its Dutch power assessments at the end of February 2018 given changing market conditions.

The relaunched assessments will be published under the following (reinstated) codes:

AADMN00

AADMP00
