Correction: December 1 Polymerscan forex rates

The exchange rates on the PDF version of the December 1 Polymerscan were not correctly updated.

The correct exchange rate basis should read as follows:

EURO CONTRACT ASSESSMENTS (Euro/mt) Exchange rate basis: Euro 1 TO USD 1.3067; GBP 1 TO Euro 1.1909
