Platts clarifies load/discharge, turn time rates for dry bulk $/mt voyage assessments

S&P Global Platts would like to clarify that its global dry bulk $/mt voyage charter assessments reflect load/discharge and turn time rates that are typical at each port.

The load/discharge rates and turn times that are applicable to the ports for each voyage charter assessment can be found here: http://plts.co/xGWe30s2FGY.

These variables are also used in the corresponding time charter equivalent assessments.
