Platts to launch US fuel oil swaps eWindow on December 3

Platts will launch eWindow software for the US fuel oil swaps market on Friday, December 3.

This will create a different format for headlines in PGA400 published for bids and offers.

For example, a headline that currently appears as "USAC Resid: 0.1%S Swap: Company XX bids $70.00 for (Dec), 50kb, Platts spec" would instead be published as "Platts FO 1% USAC swap Dec10, Company XX bids $70.00 for 50."

Company short-form names may also appear differently.
