SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts to publish Kuwait US OSP versus Arab Medium OSP

Please note that with effect from December 1, 2016, Platts will publish the outright Kuwait crude Official Selling Price to the US as a differential to the US Arab Medium outright OSP. This matches a change in the pricing basis for its US OSP announced earlier this year by the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation.

For the USGC Delivered Kuwait OSP, the pricing basis will be the Arab Medium delivered ex-ship USGC OSP, which is currently set at a $1.35/b premium to the Arab Medium OSP for US buyers FOB Ras Tanura.

These OSPs appear on PGA page 1060 and under the data codes ABIOF00 and ABIOG00.
