ICE swaps instruments down December 1, switch to manual

Platts has been informed by IntercontinentalExchange that the Balmo/Jan11 time spread instrument is not available for the December 1, 2010, trade date for the following products: Platts FO 180cst Sing swap, Platts FO 380cst Sing swap, Platts GO 0.5% Sing swap and Platts jet Sing swap.

Only the Balmo/Jan11 time spreads are affected; all other instruments are functioning normally.

For the Balmo/Jan11 time spread, Platts editors will publish the bids and offers and register the "keens" and trade confirmations on behalf of the participants during the MOC window up to 4:30:00 pm Singapore time (830 GMT).
