Correction: November 30 ULSD Buckeye Pipe assessment

Effective November 30, 2010, the assessment of ULSD Buckeye Pipe should have read 235.25 - 235.35 cents/gal.

It was earlier incorrectly published as 238.66 - 238.76 cents/gal.
