NWE DMA 0.1% assessment launch postponed to January 4

Effective January 4, 2010, Platts will commence assessments of marine gasoil (DMA 0.1%) in the Northwest European ports of Rotterdam, Antwerp and Hamburg.

It was previously announced that this change would be made effective December 14, 2009.
