Platts not changing European ULSD density

Further to a previous announcement, and following market feedback, Platts will not implement any change to the density reflected in all European ULSD assessment processes.

Barge and cargo assessments will still reflect bids and offers within a range of 0.820 mg/ml to 0.845 mg/ml, with all indications being normalized to reflect a density of 0.845 mg/ml.

Platts will continue to review trading patterns and would like to remind its subscribers that Platts assessments reflect oil grades that are of a merchantable quality.
