Subscriber note: Nov 21 European LSFO published twice due to technical issue

Please note that on November 21, all European low sulfur fuel oil barge and cargo assessments were published twice due to a technical issue. This may cause the data to be starred as for a correction in some subscribers' data feeds, for FOB NWE, CIF NWE, FOB Med and CIF Med 1% cargoes, and FOB Rotterdam 1% barges. However, the numbers remained unchanged and no correction was issued.
