Thanksgiving schedule for North American proteins

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, will not publish North American assessments Nov. 28-29 due to the US Thanksgiving holiday.

Protein Daily will be published without North American assessments and commentaries those days, with normal publishing to resume Dec. 2.
