Subscriber note: Platts to move US forward curve pages on PGA

As part of ongoing work to recatalog and enhance the publication of assessments and data on Platts Global Alert, Platts will move its US Platts Forward Curve pages (the PPU service line add-on to Platts Global Alert) beginning December 3, 2012.
