HOLIDAY NOTE: US Thanksgiving holiday November 28-29

S&P Global Platts has made the following changes to assessment and publication schedules this week due to the US Thanksgiving holiday. US offices will be closed November 28-29. There will be no Americas ferrous scrap or steel assessments, and the Steel Price Report will not be published.

The US aluminum transaction premium will be assessed both days from London basis 4:30 pm London time.

US weekly nonferrous assessments normally done Thursday will be assessed Wednesday. US aluminum alloys, secondary aluminum scrap and NY tin will be assessed once for the week on Tuesday.

There will be no NYMEX/COMEX settlements Thursday and no daily auto-calculated prices based on NYMEX/COMEX.

Platts Metals Week and the Metals Week Price Notification Monthly Report will publish Friday as normal.
