SUBSCRIBER NOTE: West Coast gasoline RVP changes from December 1

Please note the following RVP changes for the Platts West Coast gasoline assessments, effective on or around December 1, 2015:

Los Angeles CARBOB and premium CARBOB will reflect 12.5 RVP.

Los Angeles unleaded 84 and premium unleaded 88.5 will reflect 12.5 RVP.

San Francisco CARBOB and premium CARBOB will reflect 14 RVP.

San Francisco unleaded 84 and premium unleaded 88.5 will reflect 14 RVP.

Portland unleaded 84 and premium unleaded 90 will reflect 15 RVP.

Seattle unleaded 84 and premium unleaded 90 will reflect 15 RVP.
