Europe barge MOC dates for Christmas, New Year holidays 2023

Please note that effective December 20, December 21 and December 22, 2023 Platts will publish bids, offers and trades in its Market on Close assessment process for refined product barges that load 7-15 days forward, not the usual 3-15/5-15 days forward range. Please note that the assessment remains unchanged.

The full detail for each day can be seen below:

On December 20 MOC dates will be December 27 - January 04 (FE dates: December 27 - December 31; MW dates: December 29 - January 02; BE dates: December 31 - January 04)

On December 21 MOC dates will be December 28 - January 05 (FE dates: December 28 - January 01; MW dates: December 30 - January 03; BE dates: January 01 - January 05)

On December 22 MOC dates will be December 29 - January 06 (FE dates: December 29 - January 02; MW dates: December 31 - January 04; BE dates: January 02 - January 06)

In addition, on December 27, December 28 and December 29, Platts will publish bids, offers and trades in its Market on Close assessment process for refined product barges that load 6-15 days forward, not the usual 3-15/5-15 days forward range. Please note that the assessment remains unchanged.

On December 27 MOC dates will be January 02 - January 11 (FE dates: January 02 - January 06; MW dates: January 04 - January 08; BE dates: January 07 - January 11)

On December 28 MOC dates will be January 03 - January 12 (FE dates: January 03 - January 07; MW dates: January 05 - January 09; BE dates: January 08 - January 12)

On December 29 MOC dates will be January 04 - January 13 (FE dates: January 04 - January 08; MW dates: January 06 - January 10; BE dates: January 09 - January 13)

On December 22 and December 29 all European oil assessments will be basis 12:30 London time, with all cut-offs and timings commensurate with a close at that time.

Please note that on December 25 and December 26 as well as January 01, no European and African oil assessments will be published out of London, in line with the Pricing Holiday Schedule.
