23 Nov 2020 | 18:58 UTC — Houston
Please note that Platts Houston and Chicago offices will be closed Nov. 26 and Nov. 27, due to the US Thanksgiving holiday.
There will be no daily US biofuel, DDGS, grain or oilseed assessments or commentaries on those days. Brazilian ethanol prices and commentaries will be published as normal.
The Biofuelscan and Daily Grains will be published on Nov. 26 and Nov. 27 without US prices or commentaries.
The Daily Biofuels News Summary will also not be published on both days.
Global sugar prices and the Global Sugar Market report will not be published Nov. 26 but will be published Nov. 27.
There will also be no Daily Sugar Market report on Nov. 26 due to the US exchanges being closed but it will be published as normal Nov. 27.
Latin America grains, oilseed and soybean oil prices and commentaries will be published as normal. As per Platts methodology on a publication day when a relevant futures market is closed, Platts will assess the 'basis', or differential, based on pricing information heard on that day, as is usual, but will use the futures settle from the previous business day to determine the flat price in $/mt.
The normal Americas publishing schedule will resume Nov. 30.
For full details of the Platts publishing schedule and services affected, refer to http://www.platts.com/holiday.
