SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts to switch Rotterdam 0.1% bunker fuel specification to RMD 80

Following an extended period of research, S&P Global Platts will reflect an RMD 80 specification for its 0.1% sulfur delivered bunkers assessment at Rotterdam, Netherlands, starting February 1, 2019.

Platts currently reflects an RMG 380 specification, with a maximum sulfur content of 0.1%. According to Platts' research the majority of 0.1% sulfur bunker fuel traded at the port of Rotterdam is on the RMD 80 specification.
