Platts to increase C3 content in ARA propane

Effective January 3, 2012, Platts proposes to increase the minimum C3 content reflected in the European Propane FOB ARA and FCA ARA assessments to 95%.

Currently Platts reflects material with a minimum C3 content of 93%.
