Chicago RVP Shift to 15.0, effective November 28

Beginning November 28, Platts conventional unleaded and premium gasoline assessments for the Chicago market will reflect 15.0 RVP.

The change is part of a seasonal shift in vapor pressure specifications in the Chicago spot market.
