SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts proposes new 0.1% sulfur MGO assessment at Algoa Bay

Following an extended period of research, S&P Global Platts proposes to begin publishing daily delivered bunkers assessments for 0.1% marine gasoil at Algoa Bay, South Africa, starting February 1, 2019.

It is proposed that the new assessment for Algoa Bay will reflect a DMA, ISO 8217:2010 specification with a maximum sulfur content of 0.1%.
