Platts publishes $/mt conversions for daily lithium, cobalt DDP China assessments

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, has launched US dollar conversions for its daily lithium carbonate, lithium hydroxide, and cobalt sulfate DDP China spot price assessments, effective Nov. 18.

The $/mt conversions mirror the specifications of Platts existing lithium and cobalt DDP China spot assessments in Yuan/mt and follow the Singapore publishing schedule.

The calculations are published in the Platts price database under the symbols listed above. The first monthly average calculations will reflect the average of daily conversions published throughout December.
