After a period of feedback, which ended November 14, Platts confirms it is aligning the Columbia Gas, Appalachia, monthly price assessment to the same basis as the daily survey.
The assessment is intended to reflect Interruptible Paper Pool (IPP pool) transactions at systemwide pools, interconnects and on-system points.
Effective December 1, gas restricted from using the IPP pool service will no longer be included in the assessment process.
