eWindow timing extensions; European fuel oil

Effective November 13, Platts is adopting normal extension guidelines for the European oil derivatives assessment processes where eWindow is used.

To allow for an adequate test of any repeat bid or offer shown near the close, bids and offers that are repeated in the final 10 seconds of the MOC process will trigger an extension of up to 1 minute.

For questions or comments, please contact europe_products@platts.com, with a cc to pricegroup@platts.com.

Also, effective November 13, Platts will be using the eWindow tool in its Market on Close assessment process for European fuel oil.

The instruments listed on eWindow are physical Northwest European barges, and NWE and Mediterranean derivatives contracts.
