Platts corrects crude carbon offset premiums to 3 decimal places

S&P Global Platts has corrected crude carbon offset premiums to 3 decimal places for Nov. 15

Due to a technical error, the carbon offset premiums were temporarily published in the database to 2 decimal places but have been corrected to 3 decimal places for Nov. 15.
