SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts global petchems 2016 year-end publishing schedule

Platts will not assess weekly petrochemicals assessments from December 19 through January 2. All daily European, Asian and Americas prices will continue to be assessed, including PE, PP, C2, C3, C4, methanol, benzene, paraxylene, styrene, MTBE, ETBE, toluene, MEG, PTA and aromatics freight except on December 26 and January 2, when there will be no assessments globally. Specific dates: Tuesday, December 13: The final Solventswire for the year will be published. The final European, Asian, Americas phenol/acetone, ACN and caustic soda weekly commentaries and price assessments for the year will be published. Wednesday, December 14: The final Polymerscan for the year will be published. Daily polymer assessments will continue and be published on the Platts Petrochemical Alert service. Averages of daily assessments for the weeks commencing 19 December and 26 December will be published in the first Polymerscan of 2017 on January 4. Thursday, December 15: The final European, Americas and Asian weekly intermediates (including EDC, VCM, caprolactam and oxo-alcohols) assessments and commentaries for the year will be published. Friday, December 16: The final European & Americas Petrochemicalscan, Asia Petrochemicalscan and Olefinscan for the year will be published. The final European, Asian and Americas PTA, MEG, SBR, Solvent MX and Olefins freight weekly assessments for the year will be published. Daily aromatics, gasoline components, olefins, polymers and intermediates assessments will continue to be published on PCA and will be listed in the first Europe, Asian and Americas Petrochemicalscan and Olefinscan of 2017 on January 6. Tuesday, December 20: European, Americas and Asian weekly solvents assessments and Solventswire are suspended. Wednesday, December 21: European, Asian and Americas weekly polymers assessments and Polymerscan are suspended. Averages of daily assessments for the weeks commencing 19 December and 26 December will be published in the first Polymerscan of 2017 on January 4.

Thursday, December 22: European, Americas and Asian weekly intermediates (including EDC, VCM, caprolactam and oxo-alcohols) assessments and commentaries are suspended. Friday, December 23: Asian assessments and Market on Close process will be basis 12:30 p.m. Singapore time. European assessments and Market on Close process will be basis 12:30 p.m. London time. Americas assessments and Market on Close process will be basis 12:30 p.m. Central Time except for spot benzene, styrene, cumene and ethylene, which will be basis 3 p.m. CT. The European & Americas Petrochemicalscan, Asia Petrochemicalscan and Olefinscan are suspended. All weekly price assessments are suspended. Daily aromatics, gasoline components, olefins, polymers and intermediates assessments will continue to be published on PCA and will be listed in the first Europe and Americas Petrochemicalscan and Olefinscan of 2017 on January 6. Monday, December 26: No Platts services or publications worldwide. Tuesday, December 27: European, Asian and Americas weekly solvents assessments and Solventswire are suspended. No European assessments will be published on this day. Wednesday, December 28: European, Asian and Americas weekly polymers assessments and Polymerscan are suspended. Averages of daily assessments for the weeks commencing 19 December and 26 December will be published in the first Polymerscan of 2017 on January 4.

Thursday, December 29: European, Americas and Asian weekly intermediates (including EDC, VCM, caprolactam and oxo-alcohols) assessments and commentaries are suspended.
