S&P Global Platts will no longer reflect the Aframax vessel Abu Dhabi-III as an alternative delivery point in the Dubai partials crude oil assessment process for loading of Upper Zakum cargoes via ship-to-ship deliveries.
Platts understands the vessel Abu Dhabi-III is no longer being used as an alternative loading point for Upper Zakum crude. The change is effective immediately and applies to Upper Zakum cargoes loading from January onwards.
Platts began reflecting Abu Dhabi-III as an alternative delivery point for Upper Zakum from August 3, 2015, after the vessel was commissioned as an additional point of loading for the grade, operating within port limits at Zirku.
