Platts webinar on contaminants threshold in NWE ethanol

Platts invites the European ethanol industry to participate in a webinar to address the issue of unintentional contaminants present in fuel-grade ethanol traded in Northwest Europe, basis FOB Rotterdam.

The webinar will be held on Friday, November 19, 2010, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. London time.

Platts seeks to determine the threshold of unintentional contaminants (such as hydrocarbons) present in fuel-grade ethanol and invites industry participants to express their views.

As Platts seeks to address the contaminants issues promptly, active participation is welcome.
