SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Early Asia MOC close December 21, 28, 2018

Following on from our previous announcement that S&P Global Platts offices in Singapore will be closed 24, 25, 31 December, 2018, and January 1, 2019, for the Christmas Day and New Year's holidays and there will be no petrochemical assessments from Singapore on those days. All Singapore petrochemicals assessments will be time-stamped to 12:30 Singapore time on that day. No commentaries will be published on that day, only rationales will be published.

All Market on Close assessment process time cut-off guidelines for physical petrochemical markets will be moved forward by four hours on December 21 and 28, 2018.
