Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, will launch weekly duty delivered paid (DDP) US and European polymethyl methacrylate spot price assessments, to complement existing coverage of the feedstock methyl methacrylate (MMA) market, effective Dec. 11.
The assessments were first proposed on Oct. 23 in Europe and the US in a subscriber note available here(opens in a new tab).
Details of the proposed assessments are as follows:

The weekly assessments will be published on Wednesdays, reflecting spot values up until market close at 1630 London time for Northwest Europe, and 1330 Central Standard Time for US Gulf Coast.
