Subscriber note: Platts resumes publication of Spot to Rack data

Please note that Platts has resumed publication of Platts Spot to Rack (PSTR) data for the US refined products markets with effect from November 5, 2012. Publication of PSTR was suspended on October 30, when technical difficulties prevented the generation of the data. Platts Spot to Rack combines Platts spot price assessments with evaluations of the costs of moving key products from spot market centers to individual rack locations. The data, which is published in conjunction with Energy Management Institute, is available on Platts real-time information services, in the Platts market price database and in several print products. Platts publishes PSTR for all major rack products (gasoline, high and low sulfur diesel, and home heating oil) for approximately 300 rack markets in the US.
