Platts updates JKM Rationale & Exclusions for Nov 5

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, has updated the LNG Asia Daily JKM Rationale for Nov. 5 to reflect the normalization for Shell's bid for the Dec. 19-21 delivery window.

The rationale appears in LNG Daily, as well as fixed pages LNG0814 and PGN1023.
