SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Portland gasoline RVP change set for December 1

Effective December 1, Platts Portland conventional and premium gasoline assessments will reflect 15 RVP.

These changes reflect seasonal adjustments to RVP levels as required by the Olympic Pipe Line system.
