SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts to update Cross-Fuels Comparisons tables

Platts proposes several updates to the calculations used to generate Generating Fuel Cost Comparisons and Cross-fuels Comparisons, which are published in European Power Daily and European Gas Daily, respectively. Platts proposes to update the heating values, heat rates, metric conversions and emissions factors to bring them in line with industry standards and Platts methodology.
