SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts corrects November monthly basis values

Due to an internal error, S&P Global Platts has corrected November monthly basis values for the following regions: Appalachia, Upper Midwest, Midcontinent, East Texas, Southeast and Rockies.

Updated values can be found either through market data category GM or inside the Inside FERC: First of the Month publication.
