Relocating New York ULSD intraday page on PGA

As part of an ongoing repagination of Platts Global Alert, Platts will relocate the publication of intraday values for the New York Harbor ultra low sulfur diesel barge market from PGA page 1164 to PGA 409 with effect from November 15, 2011.
