Platts updates flat rate used in FOB Azeri Light, BTC freight-adjusted assessments

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, has updated the Ceyhan to Augusta flat rate used in Azeri Light FOB Ceyhan and BTC FOB Ceyhan freight netback calculations effective Nov. 1, 2023, to reflect an increase in port fees, as detailed in Worldscale Circular No. 2 (2023) for this route.
