Platts amends flat rate baskets for Black Sea-loading clean, dirty tanker assessments from Nov. 1

Following a Worldscale Association update to the Turkish Straits, Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, has amended the Worldscale flat rate basket used in $/mt calculations for clean and dirty tanker routes originating from the Black Sea, effective Nov. 1, 2022.

With this amendment, the new average flat rates for the following affected assessments are as follows:
