Platts to add COMEX aluminum futures prices to database, publications

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, plans to add COMEX aluminum prices to its real-time data service and daily publication.

Effective Nov.15, Platts will begin publishing and databasing the CME Globex (ALI) Aluminum Futures settlement. Prices for the contract will be published and databased for four months out:

Aluminum (ALI) spot CMALI01

Aluminum (ALI) Month 2 CMALI02

Aluminum (ALI) Month 3 CMALI03

Aluminum (ALI) Month 4 CMALI04

The third-party data will be published in Platts Metals Daily and Platts Metals Alert on fixed page PMA 0004, and in the Platts PricePoint database under the above-mentioned codes.
