SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts proposes publication schedule changes to Asia steel assessments

S&P Global Platts invites industry feedback on a proposal to change the publication schedules of a number of Asia steel assessments from January 2, 2018.

Platts is proposing to align the publishing schedule to the Singapore holiday calendar for the following assessments. They are currently based on the China holiday calendar:

SB01142 Hot-rolled coil CFR Southeast Asia SB01195 Rebar CFR Southeast Asia

Platts is also proposing to change the weekly publishing day for the following assessment to Wednesdays from Mondays currently, to better capture spot market activity.

TS01043 Plate CFR East Asia
