SUBSCRIBER NOTE: USAC offline Colonial conventional to reflect 13.5 RVP on Oct 31

As part of a seasonal transition to higher RVP gasoline, Platts will assess offline Colonial Pipeline conventional gasoline in Linden, New Jersey, reflecting 13.5 RVP effective October 31, 2016.

The transition from 11.5 RVP to 13.5 RVP is based on the latest published pipeline schedule from Colonial Pipeline, which shows M3 -- 11.5 RVP conventional gasoline -- will no longer reach Linden, New Jersey as of the 56th shipping cycle. Platts assesses the first full cycle after the prompt cycle for delivery of CBOB gasoline, which switched to the 55th cycle over the weekend.

The assessment for RBOB switched to 13.5 RVP on October 17, based on Colonial Pipeline fungible shipping schedules. The assessment for CBOB will change to 13.5 RVP based on Colonial schedules at a date to be determined in the future.
