SUBSCRIBER NOTE UPDATE: Seattle gasoline RVPs to change November 3

(Updating with new effective date)

Effective November 3, Platts Seattle conventional and premium gasoline assessments will reflect 15 RVP.

The change was previously announced for November 1, a Saturday.
