SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts to publish Libyan crude Mesla official selling price

Platts will begin publishing the official selling price for Libya's Mesla crude effective November 1, 2014. By doing this, Platts will publish a complete portfolio of Libya's crude export slate. Platts will publish the Mesla crude OSP on a monthly basis as received from the Libyan National Oil Corporation.
