Following consultation on its proposals, Platts will adapt its NW Europe LNG marker price assessment to reflect deliveries to the Dutch Gate LNG terminal, effective Monday November 7, 2011. The Dutch Gate LNG terminal in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, was completed this summer, and the first commercial deliveries took place in September. From November 7, the NW Europe LNG price assessment will therefore reflect deliveries on a delivered ex-ship (DES) basis to the Dutch Gate and continue to reflect deliveries at the following ports: Isle of Grain and Milford Haven (South Hook and Dragon) in the UK, and Zeebrugge in Belgium. Please send any comments to GlobalLNG@platts.com with a copy to PriceGroup@platts.com.
